Physical Therapist Job Description

Calling all astute, determined, and collaborative Physical Therapists! EverCare at Home is currently seeking several Physical Therapists to cover our service areas in Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Counties. As Physical Therapist, you will restore, maintain and promote the best possible physical health for our patients in the comfort of their homes. We currently offer full-time, part-time, per visit and per diem opportunities to meet the needs of your busy life.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy and a NYS Physical Therapist License
• 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a home or community environment
• Valid NYS Driver’s license and reliable transportation
